Swim Performance Training

Boost your freestyle technique and endurance in this 60-minute swim session. 

Each class includes a dryland warm-up, stroke-efficiency drills, endurance sets, and a structured cool-down. All skill levels are welcome; you should be able to swim the length of a pool on your own to join the program.

Equipment Required: Swimsuit & goggles
Encouraged: Fins, pull buoy & paddles
Instructor: Wanda Karia, RN, ASCA Certified Swim Coach

When: Beginning November 1, 2025
Date & Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Location: South Campus (Marco)

Fee: $99 per month, unlimited class attendance (month-to-month, no long term commitment required)
